Frank and Marlene
Marlene asks the big question: "Is it possible that twenty years have passed since our last 'Big Reunion? Seems less possible that it's been fifty years since we graduated".
Since 1951 Marlene has hop-skipped across the country. First to Cincinnati, Ohio where she went to college. She graduated as a Medical Technologist and worked in several area hospitals. In Ohio, she met and married her husband, Frank. Frank's engineering work took them to Milbrook, New York, where they had their sixth child, giving them four boys and two girls.
In 1985, she returned to work as an account representative for an HMO, retiring in 2000. They now live in Poughkeepsie, New York, still in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Their wonderful children and five grandchildren are scattered coast to coast - California, Colorado, Kentucky, North Carolina and New York. Marlene sighs "If only I had wings".
She says "Life has had many more blessings than sorrows for which we are truly thankful. I'm very appreciative of all the hard work done by the reunion committee that made it such a joyous occasion".
